The challenge //

Kenco were confident that people would love the taste of their Duo product once they tried it,
but how could we encourage people to try Duo when live sampling and experiential were off
limits during lockdown?

The outcome //

We were in agreement with Kenco. Having tried Duo ourselves, we were as confident
as they were that once people tasted the magic, they’d want it again and again.

Nothing says confidence like putting money on it. So we created a bold national on-pack
promotion offering a money back guarantee. ‘Love us or your money back’ ran across 5 SKUs,
including the new Salted Caramel variant. We created in store and social activations along the
path to purchase to drive trial and encourage a change in purchasing behaviour.
